1. What is videography?
Videography is the process or art of making videos/films. There are various different styles and processes - ours is very discreet, simple and stylish. It can also be known as wedding and civil partnership cinematography.
2. Do you film other events?
Yes. We also provide corporate and event filming.
3. What equipment do you use?
We use Sony high-definition digital video recording cameras. We supply either two or three video cameras, depending on the package you select. The equipment we use is also used by the BBC, Channel 4 and the Discovery Channel.
4. How many videographers do you supply?
Two. Marcus and Adam will be attending your wedding or civil partnership as the professional videographers. We don't outsource, so it will always be the same two professionals attending no matter what.
5. What "style" do you film in?
We film in a contemporary documentary style. This means that we record your day discreetly in a relaxed and natural way. No fuss or fabrication, just a stylish documentation of your day.
6. What happens during the editing process?
Once your film has been edited together, we will post a preview DVD to you. This also allows you time to provide feedback and request (if necessary) any alterations before the final film is produced. Due to the attention to detail we provide on every film the editing process can take up to twelve weeks at our busiest. You can check the status of your film at anytime by contacting us. Most films run somewhere around 1 hour 30 minutes.
7. Do we need to meet with you?
We provide a pre-wedding consultation as standard. This can either be in person or over the phone. Whichever is most convenient for you. We will discuss our process and answer any questions you may have.
8. Are there any rules we have to follow?
We advise that you check about filming regulations where your event is taking place, as some locations may have restrictions. You will need to purchase a Wedding Music Licence to comply with music copyright law, these are usually no more than £40 and can be purchased online. Details of how to buy this licence will be provided when you book.
9. Do we need to wear microphones?
No. We use equipment that does not require you to wear any microphones.
10. What will you be wearing on the day?
We will blend in with your guests by wearing smart attire.
11. Where do you cover?
Everywhere. We are based in Bristol but we cover events both nationally and internationally. Events more than 50 miles outside of Bristol will incur extra travel costs. Please contact us to check rates.
12. Will you require food and drink?
We ask that hot food be provided for filming that includes the first dance.
13. Can guests use their own video equipment?
Absolutely. We don't impose any restrictions on other people filming.
14. Do you have any payment plans or structures?

15. Do you work well with photographers?
Yes. We want to work harmoniously with your photographer. It's important we work together, get along and get the job done.
16. Do you have insurance?
We have insurance that covers all of our equipment when we are shooting an event. On top of this we also have public liability insurance up to £1,000,000.
17. Do I need a videographer?
